Project Engineer - ELV/Security System

Job Description & Requirements

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical drawings, reports, schedules, and correspondence

• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, developing mitigation strategies as required

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and effective problem-solving

• Conduct site inspections and technical assessments to verify compliance with project specifications and standards

• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and feasibility studies

• Support the project manager in resource allocation, procurement, and vendor management

• Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies

• Maintain accurate records and databases for project information and deliverables

Required competencies and certifications Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in project management within related fields

• Proficient in Project Management, Extra Low Voltage (ELV), and Security Systems

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating a proactive and team-oriented attitude

• Willing and able to travel overseas, particularly Batam Indonesia, to support project execution, site coordination, client meetings, inspections, and other project-related activities as required.
