Technical Services Manager (Security Systems)

Company's Profile Julian Grey represents a well-established security and protection solutions provider. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Technical Officers handling security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, system programming, servicing and maintenance.

• Oversee the complete service and maintenance workflow to ensure smooth progress and timely completion of client commitments.

• Serve as the main contact for clients on service and maintenance matters, including handling feedback and complaints.

• Prepare service scopes and plans, including manpower allocation, skill requirements, schedules, milestones and performance metrics.

• Manage daily client interactions, understand their operational requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.

• Monitor team performance, set targets, implement guidelines and support employees in resolving operational issues.

• Maintain and improve documentation for infrastructure components, systems and operational processes.

• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, internal methodologies, training and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in technical service, maintenance or operations.

• Strong leadership, organisational, communication and coordination skills.

• Able to manage multiple technical projects and resolve operational issues effectively.

• Experience in the security systems or CCTV industry will be an advantage.
