Job Description

Experience: 6-9 Years Role: Functional Business Analyst

Key Skills: ·        Expert skills in MS excel, Excel Macros,  MS power point, Sharepoint. ·        Experience in Software Development Cycle and JIRA Good data analysis skills.

Responsibilities: Primary role: ·         manage small changes (CRs) and budget for Innovation Group ring fenced resources. ·         Serve as single point of contact for all of business needs and manage all stakeholders (including various technical delivery teams) required for change requests ·         Liaise with business users and formalize/capture requirements and upload in eRequest System. ·         Liaise with system analyst for solutioning and to get efforts for change ·         Review Impact Analyst cost quotation with Business user for final prioritisation ·         Prepare presentation to governance forum for approval ·         Prepare update and value realisation report to PSC Secondary role is to support departmental administrative activities such as onboarding/offboarding of resources, coordinate key meetings with various stakeholder for department head,  prepare meeting deck, project dashboard, training arrangement.

Requirements: Education and Experience: ·         Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or Finance or Engineering or Data Science with honours or distinction. ·         At least 5 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution or Consulting firm such as Accenture, PWC etc. Essential: ·         Strong verbal and written communications skills ·         Energetic, organized and analytical with an aptitude for details and able to work under pressure and independently. ·      Previous experience in system analysis and  PMO work preferred ·         Fast learner and like to work with people ·         Excellent tracking skills ·         Stayed at least 2-3 years with each previous employer.
