Senior Manager, Partner Management, Brand Partnerships
Job Description
At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what’s next.
Since launching our advertising offering in late 2022, Netflix has continued to grow a premium ad business built around the world's most-watched entertainment. Our Brand Partnerships team sits at the center of this — creating bespoke, IP-driven programs that connect advertisers with our titles, talent, and global fanbase in ways that feel native to the Netflix experience. We believe great creative work and commercial ambition go hand in hand, and we hold ourselves equally accountable for both.
About the role:
As a Senior Manager, Partner Management, you will be the primary relationship owner within Brand Partnerships for a portfolio of advertising clients and agency partners — responsible for developing, pitching, and delivering custom marketing partnerships tied to Netflix content. You will own the full deal lifecycle, from early strategy through pitch, close, and campaign activation. This is a role for someone who is equally at home in a creative brainstorm and a revenue conversation — who knows how to build trust with senior clients, push for ambitious ideas, and communicate the value proposition of a Netflix partnership. You will work across a highly collaborative internal ecosystem spanning multiple cross-functional teams, and you will be expected to bring clarity, conviction, and good judgment to every decision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Strategy & Account Management
Build and manage long-term relationships with a portfolio of key advertising clients and agency partners, serving as their primary point of contact for custom partnership opportunities.
Develop account strategies in close collaboration with the Ad Sales team, identifying the right opportunities for each partner based on their brand objectives, budget, and creative appetite.
Proactively engage with senior marketing and creative decision-makers at brands to understand their goals — and position Netflix partnerships as a meaningful solution before a brief even lands.
Ensure a coordinated approach across all potential touchpoints so partners receive one cohesive Netflix experience, regardless of which internal team is involved.
Partnership Development & Pitching
Lead the development and pitch of custom, content-driven partnership programs — from integrations to sports sponsorships to fully bespoke branded content — both proactively and in response to client briefs.
Collaborate closely with Title Management throughout campaign development to drive authentic, impactful connections between our IP and the brand.
Champion creative excellence for each program in collaboration with our internal Brand Creative Studio, ensuring every idea is in service of the fans, grounded in genuine IP affinity, and built to the highest creative standard.
Maintain visibility and tracking across all active opportunities, keeping internal stakeholders aligned throughout the pitch process.
Campaign Execution & Delivery
Own the post-sale client relationship end-to-end — serving as the lead point of contact for partners throughout campaign production and delivery, coordinating with internal stakeholders and managing any issues that arise.
Track revenue, deliverables, and campaign outcomes, and contribute to post-campaign reporting and learnings shared with sales and leadership.
Bring marketplace perspective back into the business, sharing what brands are prioritizing, where demand is building, and what partnership opportunities are resonating to inform how we develop and package our offerings.
REQUIREMENTS:
10+ years of experience in brand partnerships or a related function within entertainment, media, or advertising.
A strong record of developing and closing custom marketing programs with major brands and demonstrated revenue impact.
Exceptional client relationship skills, with the ability to earn trust and credibility with senior marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies.
Deep fluency in the entertainment and advertising landscape — you understand what makes a great brand partnership, and you know how to push for it.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs with competing timelines, and to exercise strong judgment in the face of ambiguity.
A genuine collaborator who brings out the best in the teams around them.
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where change is a constant.
Can flourish in our unique company culture.
