We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $88000 - $125000 (USD) + 35% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Process removal requests efficiently and accurately, including privacy issues, defamation issues, court orders, law enforcement requests and requests from government agencies.
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding YouTube's legal removals processes.
  • Work within a team to identify and improve processes, operational quality and scalability.
  • Assist in developing internal and external educational materials, and in designing new workflows to support the strategic directions of the business.
  • Review graphic, controversial and sometimes offensive video content.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in content moderation, law, policy, operations, or related fields.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with internet technologies and related policy and regulatory environments.
  • Experience in content moderation.
  • Experience in support operations.
  • Experience with SQL and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
