As a Process Delivery Specialist in Procurement Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), you will manage internal transactions related to ordering and receiving services and handle procurement data. You will conduct daily process transactions, identify opportunities for process and operational improvements, and work to maximize the efficiency of transaction-flow and reporting. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Manage Internal Transactions: Conduct daily process transactions, ensuring accurate and timely ordering and receiving of services, and handle procurement data to maintain efficient transaction-flow and reporting.

• Identify Improvement Opportunities: Analyze current processes and operations to identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

• Support Vendor Engagement: Assist in vendor engagement and contracting processes, including product research, cost analysis, inventory control, contract negotiation, vendor management, supplier evaluation, purchasing, and supply chain activities.

• Execute Procurement Activities: Perform procurement-related tasks, such as purchasing and supply chain activities, to ensure effective execution of procurement processes.

• Maintain Efficiency: Work to maximize the efficiency of transaction-flow and reporting, ensuring that procurement processes are executed effectively and efficiently. *The position requires business level Japanese language skills (Speaking & Writing, JLPT N1 level)* *Japanese CV is required.

• Microsoft Office skills (Excel input and running spreadsheets, Word, Outlook, etc.)

• Touch typing skills"

• Procurement Data Management: Exposure to procurement data management, including ordering and receiving services, is beneficial for this role.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Familiarity with procurement software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is also advantageous.

• Vendor Management Knowledge: Experience working with vendor management processes, including product research, cost analysis, and inventory control, is desirable.

• Data Analysis Skills: Exposure to analyzing data to identify areas for process and operational improvements is preferred. For job details, please see the Japanese description below. ※当ポジションは日本アイ・ビー・エム・スタッフ・オペレーションズ株式会社 (略称: ISOC)のポジションです。 BPO（ビジネス・プロセス・アウトソーシングサービス）のプロジェクトデリバリーメンバーを募集します。 BPOとは、お客様の企業活動における業務プロセスの企画から実施までを一括して受託し、業務提供するものです。日本IBMおよびISOCでは、製造・メディア・化学をはじめとしたさまざまな業界のお客様企業から経理財務、人事、購買など多様な分野での業務委託を受け、お客様へサービス提供しています。 応募いただくBPOプロジェクトの業務領域は、リクルーターや面接員からご説明します。 BPOプロジェクト業務例： ・経理財務（債務管理、債権管理、固定資産管理、決算、財務など） ・人事（給与・賞与計算、勤怠管理、社会保険、通勤交通費計算、退職金計算、住民税、年末調整など） ・購買（見積依頼、発注、発注管理、検収管理、請求関連処理対応など） 各メンバーが担当する業務は、それぞれの経験・スキルに応じ決定します。業務ルールとプロセスに基づいて作成された手順書に沿って、各ステップを実行することが主な役割です。（PC入力、入力内容の確認、問い合わせ対応など） ※勤務日は決められた所属オフィスへの出社が必要です（リモートワークは原則不可）

• 各プロジェクト関連実務のご経験

• 各プロジェクトで使用する業務システムの利用経験 調達データ管理（Procurement Data Management） 調達データの管理に関する知識や経験（発注およびサービス受領業務を含む）があることが望ましい。また、調達システムやERP（統合基幹業務システム）の利用経験があると尚可。 ベンダーマネジメントに関する知識（Vendor Management Knowledge） ベンダーマネジメント業務の経験があり、製品調査、コスト分析、在庫管理を含むプロセスについて理解していることが望ましい。 データ分析スキル（Data Analysis Skills） データ分析を通じて業務プロセスやオペレーションの改善機会を特定した経験があることが望ましい。 Japan Enterprise Operations Hybrid Professional Naha, JP
