Position SummarySupport the company's global digital assets licensing applications and maintenance. This role focuses on executing application processes with strong cross-department coordination, managing regulatory documentation, and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements across multiple jurisdictions.Key Responsibilities1. Application Execution & Cross-Department CoordinationLead the collection and preparation of licensing application documents by coordinating across multiple departments (Compliance, Finance, Operations, Product, Technology)Develop and maintain document request trackers to ensure timely submission of required materials from all stakeholdersOrganize and facilitate cross-functional licensing preparation meetings to align requirements and timelinesAct as primary liaison between legal team and business units for all licensing documentation needs2. Document Management & Process OptimizationMaintain centralized licensing files and regulatory databases accessible to authorized stakeholdersImplement and improve document management processes for multi-department collaborationAssist with routine regulatory filings3. Research & Regulatory AlignmentConduct preliminary research on regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable departmental requirementsPrepare and distribute regulatory requirement summaries to relevant deptsMonitor regulatory updates and communicate impacts to cross-functional teams4. Stakeholder Coordination & CommunicationSchedule and prepare materials for regulatory meetings involving multiple departmentsCoordinate with external counsel while ensuring internal stakeholder alignmentMaintain shared application timelines and provide regular status updates to all involved teamsDevelop and maintain standardized documentation templates for consistent cross-department useQualifications:1.Qualified lawyer with 5+ years of relevant experience in private practice and/or in-house legal roles, preferably within financial services, fintech, technology, or gaming sectors.2.Hands-on experience in regulatory licensing applications is strongly preferred. 3.Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with regulators, senior management, and cross-functional stakeholders.4.Strong proficiency in English; Mandarin is a significant advantage.
