Key Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for Salesforce initiatives.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.

• Manage and prioritize Jira tickets, ensuring timely delivery of business requests.

• Coordinate UAT, troubleshoot issues, and support successful project delivery.

• Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices, security, and compliance standards.

• Recommend process improvements and optimize Salesforce capabilities.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce.

• Strong experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and technical documentation.

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile project delivery.

• Good understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, Flows, Lightning components, approval processes, and validation rules.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
