Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD).

• Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.

• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.

• Support project delivery throughout the solution lifecycle.

Dashboard Design & Analytics

• Collaborate with business users to define reporting and dashboard requirements.

• Create dashboard UI/UX wireframes and mock-ups to improve user experience.

• Work with data teams to develop meaningful business insights and reporting solutions.

• Perform data analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Plan and facilitate UAT activities.

• Develop test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements.

• Coordinate defect tracking, issue resolution, and validation with stakeholders.

• Ensure solutions meet business objectives before deployment.

Change Management & Training

• Develop user guides, training materials, and communication plans.

• Conduct end-user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities.

• Support user adoption and business readiness initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.

• Proven experience in business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of BRD and FRD documentation.

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and/or Tableau.

• Experience with process mapping and collaboration tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.

• Experience in dashboard design, UI/UX concepts, and reporting solutions.

Soft Skills

• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
