Job Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting user research and competitive analysis based on user profiles and behavioral characteristics; regularly produce insight reports to inform operational strategies.
• Plan and produce educational content (graphics, short videos, FAQs, etc.) to achieve user education and retention goals, enhancing users' understanding and in-depth usage methods, card management, card security, and more.
• Assist in planning lightweight user activities to drive user conversion and retention, track activity data, and continuously optimize.
• Support daily operational tasks, including user outreach, copywriting, activity configuration, and data organization, ensuring efficient execution of operations.

Job Requirements

• Current undergraduate or graduate student, with excellent English skills.
• Proficient in Excel, with basic data processing and analysis capabilities.
• Enthusiastic, responsible, proactive in communication, and capable of solid execution; strong willingness and ability to learn quickly.
• Bonus points: Proficiency in SQL, or internship experience in financial community or user operations.
