DX Business Analyst

Business Analysis & Requirements

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRD/FRD).

• Collaborate with business users, IT, and vendors to understand business needs and recommend digital solutions.

• Facilitate workshops, manage requirement changes, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Solution Design & Process Improvement

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation.

• Perform gap analysis, evaluate solution options, and support business process improvements.

• Ensure proposed solutions deliver operational efficiency and business value.

Project Delivery

• Support and manage digital transformation projects throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business requirements.

• Manage defect tracking, issue resolution, and production readiness.

Vendor & System Management

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure project deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, and timelines.

• Provide functional support for the ETRM system, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze operational and system data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

• Support business reporting and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

Documentation & Governance

• Maintain project documentation, system documentation, and business process records.

• Ensure compliance with internal governance, audit requirements, and documentation standards.

General

• Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager or Senior Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Analysis, preferably within trading, commodities, or ETRM environments.

• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Co-Pilot, Power Apps Power Automate etc.
