Senior / Plating Engineer (West area)

• Oversee production scheduling

• Evaluate and establish process parameters

• Identify and eliminate sources of failure and to perfect functionality of products

• Define process problems that ead to throughput or quality issues, evaluate cause of problem, implement solutions to stabilize processes, increase production output, reduce production cycle and enhance cost improvement

• Investigate and implement solutions on process or material related problems

• Develop and maintain proper job methods, work instructions, drawings, bill of material etc. for products

• Execute productivity programmes such as process automation, tooling and fixture fabrication or improvement etc.

• Conduct training on equipment operation and maintenance

• Ensure manufacturing objectives are met and initiate continuous improvement activities on product quality, yields and technologies

Requirememt:

• At least a Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience in electroplating sector and exposure to Silver Spot plating will be an added advantage.
