Field Service Engineer - (No exp. OK!)

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6pm
• Location: Woodlands
• No experience is welcome to apply, on the job/overseas training is provided!
• Class 3 license is a must
• Permanent Our client provides engineering services like valve automation to the petrochemical, oil & gas, and pharmaceutical industry Responsibilities:

• Participates in site survey and site implementation for all valve actuation related initiatives.

• Troubleshoots actuators and control instruments issues at site for customers.

• Works with operation team to schedule and prepare execution plan for service jobs.

• Conducts repair work both in-house and at customers’ site when required.

• Works with other teams within the Group to generates report for customers on root cause analysis.

• Works with the other business unit on customer’s challenges and derive solutions to solve other issues that they are facing.

Requirements:

• A technical NITEC, diploma or degree in a relevant engineering discipline /or minimum 2 years of experience as a technician or Field Service Engineer in the industrial or commercial sector

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and work independently

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients

• A valid driving license and flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as required

• A proactive, safety-conscious approach and a commitment to continuous learning and development
