Technical Lead (Infra, Linux, Cloud) (JD#11203)

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Infrastructure Automation to lead the design, implementation, and deployment of enterprise automation solutions across large-scale IT infrastructure environments. Mandatory Skill-set

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in IT Infrastructure Automation;

• Minimum 2 years of enterprise automation application infrastructure deployment experience;

• Hands-on experience deploying enterprise provisioning tools such as Terraform, Configuration Management Tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet);

• Experience implementing automation solutions in environments managing 500+ nodes;

• Strong understanding of infrastructure automation, scripting, and enterprise deployment practices.

Desired Skill-set

• RHCE/RHCSA or equivalent certification with strong Linux administration experience in enterprise environments;

• Exposure to Terraform, Ansible, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise infrastructure automation solutions;

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and other automation technologies;

• Deploy and manage configuration management tools across enterprise environments;

• Automate provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of servers and infrastructure;

• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and operations teams to improve operational efficiency;

• Ensure automation solutions follow best practices for scalability, reliability, and security;

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams;

• Support enterprise-wide automation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
