Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Document and define factory and production processes and procedures across the Group to ensure consistency and clarity

• Recommend and implement process improvements and automation to enhance manufacturing efficiency

• Deploy and implement production processes and procedures in Singapore and overseas facilities to maintain operational standards

• Manage next-generation production systems for switchgear manufacturing and assembly to optimize production workflows

• Responsible for audits and ensure compliance of factory and process engineering standards across the Group

• Perform additional duties related to operations and process engineering as required to support business needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 1 year of relevant process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment

• Fresh Graduates are welcome (Training shall be provided)

• Ability to travel overseas as required

• Initiative and ability to work independently to drive process improvements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to manufacturing processes

• Effective communication skills
