Regional Finance Manager
Job Description
About our client A Singapore-based tech company is looking for a Finance Lead to head their local finance function and partner closely with the group headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Singapore finance team, covering accounting, reporting, and tax compliance
- Own financial reporting for local and overseas entities, ensuring alignment with group standards and local regulations
- Drive process improvement and system integration initiatives in collaboration with HQ and IT teams
- Manage cross-jurisdiction tax obligations and regulatory filings
- Act as the key finance business partner to senior stakeholders and project teams
- Support strategic planning and provide financial insights for business development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or CA qualification preferred
- 7–10 years of experience with a strong foundation in Big 4 audit and in-house finance leadership
- Both external and internal audit experience required
- Prior experience in tech or gaming company are highly preferred
- Proven ability to lead a small team and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships
