Data & Digital Transformation Support the adoption and infusion of data products within SEAA, ensuring business teams effectively leverage new data capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive change management strategy and execution across markets

• Lead stakeholder engagement (regional and local teams)

• Define and deliver communication and training plans

• Support business readiness, adoption tracking, and feedback loops

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

• 4-7 years of experience in change management / transformation roles

• Strong exposure to data / analytics / digital transformation programs

• Experience working with regional stakeholders (SEAA context preferred)

• Ability to bridge business and technical teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience in retail / luxury / FMCG environments

• Familiarity with data platforms (e.g., Power BI, Databricks, etc.)
