Project Engineer - AUTOCAD (Offshore & Marine Engrg Co./Pioneer Area)

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor engineering projects to ensure timely and successful execution.

• Ensure compliance with applicable engineering codes, industry standards, QA/QC procedures, and project specifications.

• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop and produce technical drawings based on engineering specifications and calculations using AutoCAD/CADD.

• Prepare both preliminary sketches and detailed engineering drawings.

• Perform material quantity and weight calculations to support design and fabrication activities.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to prepare, review and revise technical drawings and documentation.

• Identify potential design issues and communicate recommendations for improvement to the engineering team.

• Carry out other engineering-related duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent

• Experience in oil & gas industry / preferable in fabrication environment

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 QA system

• Software – AutoCAD, MS Office

• Drafting skill

• Willing to go extra mile to meet customers’ requirements
