Financial Analyst (6 months contract) - Telecommunications

About Our Client A company operating in the Technology & Telecoms industry based in Singapore. Job Description

• Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decisions.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Monitor financial performance and identify trends or variances between actual vs budget vs forecast.

• Support month-end closing activities, including accruals for OPEX and depreciation.

• Review CAPEX project costs and maintenance of CAPEX project documentation.

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and validate financial data.

• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses as required by management.

The Successful Applicant A successful Financial Analyst should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in FP&A

• Prior experience from Big 4 audit firms is a plus

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) is a plus.

• Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.

• Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.

• Experience in the Technology & Telecoms industry, and/or shared services is advantageous.
