RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in Affiliate Operations, with a strong understanding of Affiliate business models and channel growth strategies.Proven experience managing Crypto KOL partnerships, with knowledge of global KOL ecosystems and collaboration models.Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchange businesses, including core products such as Spot Trading, Futures, Earn, and other trading-related products.Hands-on experience in campaign planning and execution, with the ability to independently manage large-scale online marketing campaigns.Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills, with the ability to optimize channel performance and ROI through data-driven insights.Proficiency in English as a working language, with the ability to independently communicate with global partners and collaborate with cross-functional international teams.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience working at a global cryptocurrency exchange or fintech company.Familiarity with Affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and channel management tools.Strong network and resources across Crypto KOLs, media, communities, and Affiliate partners.Deep understanding of global social media ecosystems, including X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, and other major platforms.Experience driving user growth in international markets, including Southeast Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, or other emerging markets.Proven track record of successful global marketing campaigns.We Are Looking For Someone Who HasStrong passion for the Crypto industry, with a good understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and ecosystem development.Excellent business communication skills and the ability to build and leverage strategic partnerships.Strong project management and execution capabilities, with the ability to drive complex initiatives from planning to completion.Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities and a continuous improvement approach toward growth optimization.Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to independently own and deliver growth targets.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of newly acquired and activated Affiliates.Number of trading users acquired through Affiliate channels.Trading volume contribution generated through Affiliate channels.Number of KOL partnerships and retention rate of high-quality KOL partners.Campaign participation volume and ROI performance.Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).Channel conversion rate and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).New user registrations and First-Time Deposits (FTD).Revenue contribution from Affiliate channels.
