IT Support Engineer

Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for: IT Support Engineer Purpose: The operations support engineer will provide operations governance and maintenance support for smart systems (e.g. IoT systems, video systems etc), ensuring system availability, security compliance, and adherence to ICT policies and standards Responsibilities:

• Oversee vendors’/AFMs’ operations and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with contractual, operational, and security requirements

• Perform administrative and governance functions, including: Monitoring patching, vulnerability assessment results, and remediation actions

• Tracking and coordinating licence, certificate, and subscription renewals

• Reviewing system and application logs for security and operational anomalies

• Monitoring EOS/EOL timelines and supporting lifecycle planning

• Supporting system risk assessments and maintaining related registers

• Managing user accounts, access reviews, and account hygiene

• Review and audit monthly maintenance and performance reports against SLAs/KPIs and operational standards

• Enforce use of standardised maintenance reports, templates, and documentation

• Support change management activities, including review, coordination, and tracking of Change Requests

• Support system decommissioning activities, including data retention, contract closure, and documentation
