About the TeamThe Global Talent Acquisition Operations & Enablement team is the engine behind our recruiting organization, responsible for the strategy, systems, and operational excellence that enable hiring at scale. We oversee the technology, processes, and programs that support Talent Acquisition globally, including TA systems and vendor management, process governance and documentation, interview operations, training and enablement, and reporting and analytics. By partnering across Talent Acquisition, People Technology, and external vendors, we drive standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement to create a seamless experience for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates around the world.What We’re Looking For
2+ years experience in Talent Acquisition Operations
Demonstrated experience working on TA Operations projects (process improvement, system implementations, or workflow optimization)
Experience with Workday ATS support, workflows, and system troubleshooting in a TA Operations environment
Proven ability to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues for TA in a fast-paced environment
Experience with UAT (User Acceptance Testing), system testing, and release coordination
Strong documentation and process-mapping skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work hours aligned with North American time zones, including regular overlap with Eastern Time (ET)
