Job Description
What you’ll do
You'll own a big part of how we model and measure our PLG funnel, with a particular focus on marketing analytics: attribution, campaign performance, and understanding what actually drives growth. But the surface is wide — revenue modeling, pricing changes, product launches, marketplace — and it shifts with the business. When we shipped Framer Agents, the Data team went from launch-day dashboards to company-wide revenue updates within the week.
The stack is ready on day one (BigQuery, dbt, and Airflow, with tracking already implemented), so you can dive straight into modeling and analysis rather than setup. We use AI heavily and expect you to: Claude Code and similar tools are part of daily work here, not an experiment.
In practice, you'll:
Build and maintain the data models other teams rely on, from raw events to trusted metrics
Own marketing analytics: attribution, campaign performance, spend data quality, and funnel analysis
Turn messy business questions into crisp, decision-ready answers — often for founders or the board, often within days
Keep our metrics clear, consistent, and trusted while the product changes fast underneath them (new pricing, new products, new billing)
Use AI heavily in your own workflow and raise the bar for how the team works with it
What you’ll bring
Strong technical foundation: expert SQL, dbt, and experience building pipelines end to end
Genuine curiosity about the business behind the data: you want to know why a metric moved, not just report that it did
A solid grasp of SaaS/PLG metrics (activation, conversion, retention, ARPU, expansion, churn, LTV, CAC, payback)
Real enthusiasm for AI: it has already changed how you work, and you're curious where it takes data work next
Scrappy startup energy: pragmatic judgment, fast shipping, and acceptance that not every model or analysis must be perfect to create impact
Marketing or attribution experience is a plus, not a requirement — strong generalists are very welcome
You'll thrive here if:
You want to be part of important business decisions, not three layers away from them
You're looking for an environment where you can try new things, take ownership quickly, and grow with the company
You like a small team with a wide surface: you own outcomes end to end, and no two weeks look the same
You'd rather ship something useful this week than polish something for a quarter
What we offer
At Framer, we’re committed to helping you do your best work. You’ll enjoy flexible hours, a remote-first setup, great tools and gear, team retreats, and a growth budget for your professional development. Plus, equity lets you share in our success.
