6 months Mechanical Engineer (Healthcare) #HJO

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and coordinate mechanical engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications for building projects.

• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Oversee site works and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.

• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory regulations, codes, and standards, including BCA, NEA, and SCDF requirements.

• Monitor project schedules, quality, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during project implementation.

• Prepare project reports, technical documentation, and progress updates.

• Perform other engineering duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Building Services, MEP, Facilities Management, or project engineering.

• Familiarity with mechanical building systems and engineering drawings.

• Able to work effectively with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
