Content Writer/Specialist
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Write and edit global comms pieces and long-form explainers
- Support content for company narratives and milestone stories, connecting content to Binance’s key messages
- Bring ideas on narrative angles and story framing
- Write and edit product and campaign content, plus CRM/lifecycle copy, against deadlines and briefs
- Support and help scale the team’s use of AI tools in content operations and reporting
- Support user/community and KOL stories, interviews, and video content
- Help with content amplification and repurposing across channels
- Draft, edit, and proofread content quickly and accurately across formats: blog posts, CRM, campaign copy, video scripts, and more
- Help maintain consistency in tone, style, and accuracy across content, in line with team editorial standards
- Track and report on content performance (traffic, engagement, reach), helping build out the team's performance measurement framework
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in English, Journalism, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Native or fluent English, with excellent writing and editing skills and strong attention to detail
- Proven content or editorial experience across multiple formats: in-house, agency, publication, or newsroom
- Demonstrated versatility: comfortable moving between long-form writing, product/campaign copy, and human-interest storytelling
- Genuine interest in crypto, blockchain, and fintech
- AI-savvy: comfortable with AI writing/research tools and current on emerging AI trends, with practical ideas on integrating them into content workflows
- Comfortable working with performance data (e.g. traffic/engagement dashboards) to inform content decisions
- Proactive and reliable, able to own work end-to-end across shifting priorities without close oversight
- Able to multitask and work to tight, sometimes same-day deadlines
- Strong communication skills and comfortable working in a distributed, mostly async team
