Senior Product Manager, Workvivo - Ireland

What you can expectWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Workvivo team. In this role, you’ll focus on deeply understanding our customers and defining the right problems to solve. You’ll lead discovery efforts to uncover meaningful opportunities, validate assumptions, and ensure we deliver impactful solutions. Responsibilities

Lead product discovery and problem definition, ensuring we focus on the most valuable opportunities for our customers and business.

Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to uncover needs and shape hypotheses.

Integrate AI-first thinking into product strategy and design, identifying opportunities to leverage AI to enhance user experience.

Partner with engineering and design to co-create solutions that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with our product vision.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to capture feedback and ensure alignment on strategy and messaging.

Stay ahead of industry and technology trends, especially in AI and employee engagement platforms.

Define success metrics and ensure we learn and adapt through experimentation and iteration.

What we’re looking for

4+ years in product management with a proven ability to drive discovery and deliver impactful products.

Strong skills in research, customer interviews, and translating insights into actionable product strategies.

Experience applying AI or emerging technologies in SaaS products.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Solid understanding of modern product development processes (Agile, Scrum).

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.

Track record of successful product launches and measurable business impact.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum:€69,200.00
