Software Engineer

We are looking for Software Engineer with strong expertise in React JS, Android application development, Automation Framework, and AWS Cloud to develop, enhance, and validate next-generation OTT and TV Set-Top Box solutions. Should possess end-to-end experience across application development, API integration, cloud-native deployment, and automated testing within the media and entertainment ecosystem. Key Responsibilities · Design and develop responsive applications using React JS for web-based TV portals and operator dashboards. · Develop and maintain Android applications for Android TV and Set-Top Box (STB) platforms. · Build reusable UI components and optimize application performance for TV devices. · Develop and execute API, UI, and integration test automation using the Karate Framework. · Integrate applications with RESTful APIs, middleware, DRM, CMS, and OTT backend services. · Deploy and manage applications on AWS Cloud using cloud-native services. · Develop CI/CD pipelines and automate build, deployment, and testing activities. · Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle. · Participate in code reviews, design discussions, defect triage, and release planning. · Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high application reliability and performance. · Follow Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Technical Skills Mandatory · 6+ years of software development experience. · Strong expertise in React JS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Redux, Hooks. · Strong Android development experience using: o Java, o Kotlin, o Android SDK, o Android TV · Experience with Automation Framework. · Strong API testing experience (REST APIs). · Experience with AWS Cloud services such as: o EC2 o S3 o Lambda o CloudWatch · Knowledge of CI/CD implementation. · Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
