Account Manager (Network Infrastructure) |Base up to $7000 + Uncapped Commissions

Company Overview Adecco is partnering with a well-established B2B technology and ICT distributor across the Asia-Pacific region to hire a Networking Sales Field Executive. This role focuses on driving B2B sales of enterprise networking solutions, with an emphasis on switching and wireless access point (Wi-Fi) products. The Opportunity:

• Basic up to $7000 + uncapped commissions

• 5 days work week

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and develop new business across SMB, Enterprise, Education, Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing sectors.

• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.

• Build relationships with end customers, system integrators, and channel partners.

• Recommend suitable networking solutions and conduct product presentations.

• Support customers with BOQs, basic network design, and solution sizing.

• Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Technical teams on solution design and Proof of Concept (PoC) activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• 2–6 years of B2B sales experience in networking, IT infrastructure, or technology solutions.

• Good knowledge of enterprise switches, Wi-Fi, VLANs, TCP/IP, DHCP, and LAN/WAN.

• Familiar with Wi-Fi standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax).

• Experience with networking brands such as Cisco, Aruba, Ruijie, Ruckus, Juniper, Ubiquiti, or Extreme Networks is an advantage.

• CCNA, Aruba, CWNA, or other networking certifications is an advantaged.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a results-driven mindset.
