Quality Engineer (Aerospace Industry)
- Basic salary UP to $5,000 (based on experience) + Performance bonus
- Stable Monday to Friday work schedule (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality requirements.
- Prepare process inspection plans and quality documentation.
- Plan and manage calibration systems for gauges and measuring equipment.
- Conduct internal and supplier QMS audits.
- Deliver training on QMS requirements and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Oversee First Article Inspection (FAI), Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection activities.
- Lead Relentless Root Cause Analysis (RRCA) investigations using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, 8D, and DOE.
- Drive quality improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) across production processes.
- Support cost reduction, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and 5S workplace improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Min 2 years of experience in precision manufacturing are highly preferred.
- Knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings.
- Experience with AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
- Familiarity with RRCA methodologies (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, 8D, DOE).
- Experience conducting QMS audits.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
