Software Developer (ReactJS & Spring Boot) – Financial Services About the Role We are looking for a motivated and talented Software Developer with approximately 2 years of experience in ReactJS, Spring Boot, and financial services applications. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade payment processing and financial transaction applications, with a strong focus on ISO 20022 messaging standards, system integration, and high-performance, secure solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable applications that support critical banking and payment operations. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS.
- Develop and enhance backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and support financial messaging solutions based on ISO 20022 standards.
- Analyse, validate, transform, and process financial messages, including:
- pacs.008 – FI Customer Credit Transfer
- pacs.009 – Financial Institution Credit Transfer
- pacs.002 – Payment Status Report
- camt.052 / camt.053 / camt.054 – Account Reporting Messages
- pain.001 / pain.002 – Customer Payment Initiation Messages
- Implement message transformation, validation, routing, and enrichment workflows.
- Integrate applications with payment gateways, clearing systems, middleware, and banking platforms.
- Develop reusable UI components and responsive user interfaces.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and application performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Ensure applications comply with banking security, regulatory, and audit requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, or cross-border payment platforms.
- Exposure to cloud and container platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or OpenShift.
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 2 years of professional software development experience using ReactJS and Spring Boot.
- Experience in banking, payments, or financial services is highly preferred.
