Banking & Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Execution: Draft, review, and negotiate complex financing documents, term sheets, and security agreements.

• Client Advisory: Advise international banks, corporate borrowers, or financial institutions on corporate lending, project finance, and structured lending.

• Due Diligence & Research: Conduct legal and regulatory research on cross-border transactions, asset finance, and acquisition finance.

• Project Management: Coordinate deal teams, liaise with local regulators, and work alongside multi-jurisdictional counsel to ensure smooth deal completion.

• Team Management: To lead a team of 3 - 5 associates, able to train guide and well versed with the banking & finance industry and have knowledge of the market trends.
