About the team We are the Fashion Category team under TikTok Shop Indonesia, responsible for driving growth across Fashion verticals including Womenswear, Menswear, Muslim Fashion, Shoes, Bags, Accessories, and Sports & Outdoor. Our work spans seller development, content creator partnerships, campaign operations, and performance analytics to grow the Fashion GMV on the platform.
About this role The intern will support day-to-day category operations, including tracking seller and creator performance metrics, preparing business review materials, and assisting with data extraction and reporting. They will gain hands-on exposure to e-commerce category management, seller growth strategy, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced marketplace environment.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and compile daily/weekly performance metrics across Fashion clusters (GMV, new creator pair progress, seller growth)
- Assist in preparing materials for Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) and other internal reporting
- Support seller onboarding and engagement tracking across assigned sub-categories
- Coordinate with creator and content teams to track new creator pairing progress
- Conduct ad-hoc data pulls and analysis to support category strategy decisions
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Information System, and Civil Engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (data handling, formulas, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience or coursework in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight timelines
- Interest in the Fashion industry and consumer trends in Indonesia
