about the company Our client is a leading provider of semiconductor and electronics assembly solutions. They are growing and currently looking to hire two production planners. about the job

• Oversee weekly (or daily, as needed) shipment and manufacturing schedules, coordinating with Production, Operations Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Customer Operations, and Marketing.

• Manage production capacity balancing and optimization.

• Plan, schedule, and track machine build approvals throughout the entire production cycle.

• Follow up with buyers on material shortages, monitor ETAs, and escalate issues impacting production or shipment.

• Lead production and material shortage meetings and present updates in the weekly MPS meeting.

skills and experience required

• Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain / Engineering

• Min 3 years of experience in production or material planning within a backend equipment manufacturing environment

• Understand about machine vision / AOI will be a plus

• Able to commence immediately or within a short notice period
