Functional Business Analyst

Experience: 6-9 Years Role: Functional Business Analyst Responsibilities: ·      Work as a functional business analyst with the project team for credit origination and early credit warnings ·      Analyze current processes to identify AI opportunities. ·      Collaborate with business sponsors, product managers, data scientist, technology partners to realize business needs ·      Review Vendor Deliverables to ensure governance check and balance ·      Familiar with Associative data modeling,  predictive & text analytics, classification, data exploration, summarization ·      Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies. ·      Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders ·      Ensure AI Realization as per plan ·      Enforce Proper Governance before commissioning solution transiting Human In the loop to Human out of the loop ·      Identify opportunities of tuning to increase AI Accuracy for higher productivity. Requirements: Education: ·         Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field. Essential: ·         Minimum 8 years of experience in financial and banking industry ·         Understand wholesale banking domain knowledge and products such as customer onboarding & servicing and data mart ·         Experience in corporate credit origination or similar areas is a plus ·         Experience in SDLC and possess basic technical skills, such as web application, API, database, SQL, data visualization, and reporting ·         Able to work independently or with limited guidance ·         Good communication and stakeholder management skills ·         Teamwork spirit and positive mindset Key Domain/ Technical Skills: ·         Credit origination for wholesale banking customers ·         Project BA experience
