More details are below. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Migration Strategy & Architecture

• Define enterprise data migration architecture and roadmap.

• Develop migration frameworks, standards, and best practices.

• Create source-to-target mapping specifications.

• Design data validation and reconciliation processes.

• Establish migration governance and controls.

Solution Design

• Design scalable and secure migration solutions.

• Define data integration patterns and architecture.

• Perform data profiling and impact assessment.

• Develop migration runbooks and cutover plans.

• Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Data Quality & Governance

• Define data quality rules and validation frameworks.

• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

• Review migration design documents and technical deliverables.

• Conduct architecture reviews and technical quality assurance.

• Support performance tuning and optimization activities

Stakeholder Management

• Engage business, functional, and technical stakeholders.

• Present architecture recommendations to senior leadership.

• Collaborate with project managers and solution architects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Data Management, Data Engineering, or large-scale data migration projects.

• Strong SQL, database administration, and data modelling knowledge.

• Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, Informatica, SSIS, Talend, or Databricks.

• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Azure SQL.

• Knowledge of data governance, MDM, data warehousing, and migration activities including profiling, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.

• TOGAF and/or CDMP certification is preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
