Staff Technical Program Manager, GeminiApp, DeepMind

Sunnyvale, CA, USA, New York, NY, USA

Job Description

As the Organic Storytelling and Talent Lead for Integrated Partnerships, you will lead the organic storytelling and amplification strategy for Google Cloud’s most prestigious global partnerships, including MLB, McLaren F1, the Golden State Warriors and Valkyries, and marquee upcoming milestones like LA28 and the Olympic Games. This is not just about posting highlights; it’s about defining how we bring these partnerships to life in thoughtful, strategic, and breakthrough ways on a year-round basis with a culturally led social-first mindset. You will be a core leader within the Integrated Partnerships team, riding shotgun with partnership management leads to design co-marketing campaigns from the ground up. You will build end-to-end organic strategy frameworks that run natively across Google Cloud channels, partner and talent ecosystems, and broader "One Google" platforms. Your core mission is to highlight how these partners leverage Google Cloud technology and Gemini Enterprise to transform their operations, bridging the gap between complex technical use cases and culturally relevant, high-impact social creative. Additionally, you will own the overarching strategy and activation blueprint for our Talent ecosystem, defining how Google Cloud strategically contracts and deploys high-impact tier 1 talent to humanize our technology and shape global AI perception among enterprise decision-makers. The successful applicant possesses a unique blend of brand partnership heritage, deep social-first leadership, and an exceptional ability to navigate high-stakes executive approvals with global companies. Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
