What you’ll do
Position title: Academic Partnerships iXp Intern – Digital Marketing and Audience Engagement for Latin America and the Caribbean Location: São Paulo, Brazil (hybrid)
We are looking for a committed and passionate iXp intern to support the Academic Partnerships team based in São Paulo, Brazil. The team collaborates with educational institutions and stakeholders across Latin America and the Caribbean.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating appealing and effective communication materials, such as emails, newsletters, social media posts, invitations, and internal communications.
- Developing PowerPoint presentations with a strong focus on visual design, structure, and storytelling.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels, both within SAP and across the external SAP ecosystem, including students, educators, universities, customers, and partners.
- Engaging with SAP University Alliances and Young Thinkers stakeholders, including professors, educators, and students, through virtual meetings and in-person visits.
- Supporting the planning and organization of internal and external events, workshops, training sessions, and educational initiatives.
- Assisting with activities such as invitations, participant registration, speaker coordination, room booking, catering, communications, security, and event logistics.
- Supporting the delivery of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events and training sessions.
- Collaborating with the broader Academic Partnerships organization and other SAP teams, such as Human Resources, Events, Communications, Facilities, IT, and business units.
- Supporting initiatives that connect SAP with universities, schools, customers, partners, and other stakeholders within the educational ecosystem.
- Maintaining communication channels, contact lists, reports, presentations, and other materials related to Academic Partnerships activities.
- Supporting the tracking and documentation of activities, participation, outcomes, and key performance indicators.
- Contributing ideas to strengthen SAP’s engagement with students, educators, and educational institutions across Latin America and the Caribbean.
What you bring

- No previous professional experience is required.
- Genuine interest in working with the educational ecosystem in Latin America and the Caribbean.
- Currently enrolled in a Brazilian higher education institution. No specific field of study is required.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Availability to work during Brazilian business hours.
- Availability to work from the SAP São Paulo office at least three times per week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, digital communications, and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of presentation and design tools, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work virtually across functions, regions, and countries.

SAP Academic Partnerships collaborates with universities, schools, educators, students, customers, partners, and internal SAP teams to promote educational initiatives, technology enablement, academic collaboration, and opportunities for engagement with the SAP ecosystem.
The team supports educational institutions in incorporating SAP-related knowledge and technologies into academic activities, connecting educators and students with SAP experts, participating in events and learning initiatives, and developing collaborations between academia, industry, and SAP.
By partnering with educational institutions across Latin America and the Caribbean, Academic Partnerships helps expand access to SAP knowledge, support educators, strengthen relationships with academia, and create meaningful learning and collaboration opportunities for students.
The São Paulo-based intern will be part of a diverse and collaborative regional team, supporting projects and initiatives involving multiple countries, cultures, stakeholders, and areas of expertise.
