Your Team, Your Impact As a key CAD member of Marvell Central Engineering, you will play a leading role on developing next-generation automated design flow and its add-on tools. You will have the opportunity to use your extensive design and CAD knowledge to participate in defining the whole organization's design infrastructure, methodology and workflows. What You Can Expect Develop, customize, and maintain automation tools/flows for design projects. Setup, maintain, enhance and support AMS design environment for design projects. Work closely with analog design teams and EDA vendors in solving design tool/flow related issues. Collaborate with TCAD and foundry technology teams on device/circuit modeling and physical design flows. Periodically evaluate/benchmark AMS tools and present to design teams. Define, develop, and validate custom design checks and QA flows. Create automation scripts to improve design team's efficiency. Wage $135,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year.

What We're Looking For Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Must have work/internship experience or completed graduate coursework/research in each of the following: •    Analog Circuit Design. •    General static timing concepts: setup, hold, transition times. •    IC design CAD tools (schematics, layouts, simulation, and verification tools). •    Behavioral modeling with Verilog/Verilog-AMS or System Verilog. •    Industry standard EDA tools for timing, power, PnR (Place and Route) and circuit design such as Virtuoso, PrimeTime, Innovus. •    Layout generation and Physical Verification using tools like: Cadence Virtuoso. •    Low Power, High Performance Circuit Design Techniques. •    Physical verification DRC and LVS requirements. •    Schematic Capture. •    Standard Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools, such as Cadence Virtuoso and Innovus. •    Tcl, Perl, Python scripting. •    Verilog or other netlists.
