Nutanix L3 Engineer (JD#11237)

Job Summary We are looking for a Nutanix SME with strong expertise in Nutanix HCI, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure to design, manage, and optimize highly available platforms. Mandatory Skill-set

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, managed services, and Change Management;

• Strong expertise in Change Management, including planning, risk assessment, implementation, and mitigation;

• Deep technical knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and managed services;

• Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills;

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities with the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, SLA-driven environments and a customer-first mindset.

Desired Skill-set

• Relevant certifications in Nutanix, VMware, Azure, AWS, Veeam, Rubrik, and Cloud Infrastructure are highly preferred;

• Experience with Automation, Ansible, DevOps, GitLab, SRE, Splunk, CyberArk, Storage, and AI technologies is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide L4 support for complex incidents, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance;

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA), troubleshooting, and problem management across enterprise environments;

• Manage change implementations, disaster recovery, and supported project delivery;

• Drove automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service reliability;

• Mentor L1/L2/L3 engineers, documented knowledge, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve critical issues.
