Sales Engineer (ACMV/HVAC) #ESY

1. Managing a portfolio of existing accounts and utilizing account management process to identify key customers and to develop specific action plans to grow identified accounts
2. Identifies potential options that would be required to meet customer needs and work closely with Technical Support Team to make those options available to customers
3. Identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers and update customers on Service Valued Added Offering
4. Identify sales opportunities, elaborate proposals and coordinate other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
5. In addition, develop and maintain Rental Chiller Services to customers and ensure maximum revenues through accounts penetration.
6. Establish new rental chiller customers through phone calls and in-person visits to potential customers.
7. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems with internal stakeholders; develops, evaluates, and discusses possible solutions internally and makes recommendation to customers.
8. Prepare and review contract terms and conditions
9. Any other relevant job assignment, duty and sales responsibility from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its with at least 2 years’ relevant sales experience • Knowledge in HVAC system, Chiller Plant, Airside, Energy Services and Building Services will be an added advantage. • Understanding of rental business and industries and knowledge of construction or related equipment is a plus • Possess strong negotiation and selling skills, and excellent customer service
