Assistant Mechanical Engineer - Customer Support (Industrial Manufacturing/North Area)

• Coordinate customer return repairs, evaluations, and rework activities, ensuring timely resolution and quality compliance.

• Coordinate with QA, Engineering, Production, and Repair teams to ensure timely repair and analysis of returned products.

• Manage RMA/DMR documentation, parts traceability, and record retention.

• Handle customer complaints, coordinate failure analysis, and support root cause investigations with cross-functional teams.

• Provide repair status updates to customers and arrange final inspection and shipment of repaired parts.

• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO, and internal quality procedures while identifying recurring issues for corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Higher Nitec in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Mechatronics

• Must be willing to travel to customer sites to perform repair, maintenance, and technical support activities.
