Java Developer

About the Role Our client, a leading global financialinstitution, is undergoing a major cloud transformation initiative and islooking for a Java Developer to help modernization in the cloud space. You will contribute to the evolution oflegacy systems into modern cloud-native solutions, working on highly scalableapplications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliableand efficient technology solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintainJava applications.

• Build scalable cloud-nativesolutions on AWS.

• Participate in applicationmodernization initiatives.

• Develop RESTful services andbackend components.

• Perform code reviews andimplement engineering best practices.

• Collaborate withcross-functional stakeholders and business teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Java developmentexperience.

• Strong knowledge of Spring Bootand Java fundamentals.

• Experience with AWS services.

• Strong SQL and database skills.

• Experience with Git and Agiledelivery methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving andstakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in financialservices companies

• Kafka or event-drivenarchitecture experience.

• Hadoop, Spark, or big datatechnologies.

• Microservices architecture.

• DevOps and CI/CD exposure.
