Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance React and TypeScript applications with expert command of type-system design and rendering fundamentals

• Implement and maintain micro-frontend architectures (e.g., Module Federation) at production scale to enable modular, scalable frontend systems

• Define, document, and enforce engineering standards across multiple teams to ensure code quality and consistency

• Build and maintain shared SDKs, libraries, or platform contracts consumed by multiple downstream teams to promote code reuse and efficiency

• Balance shared core code with local configuration to support multi-region and multi-channel product delivery requirements

• Utilize modern build tooling such as Webpack, Rspack, or Rsbuild to optimize frontend build processes and performance

• Collaborate effectively with regional teams to align on technical specifications and deliverables within enterprise compliance and CI/CD frameworks

• Author clear technical specifications and guidelines that influence senior engineering peers and support team adoption

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Develop native or hybrid applications using iOS/Android WebView and native bridge patterns to extend frontend capabilities

• Implement frontend observability and instrumentation solutions, including performance monitoring and error tracking, to improve product reliability

• Apply security best practices relevant to enterprise and banking frontends, such as Content Security Policy (CSP) and secure cross-origin script loading

• Operate autonomously within a large enterprise environment while adhering to compliance and continuous integration/deployment constraints

• Demonstrate a collaborative working style that fosters teamwork across regional and cross-functional teams
