Frontend Developer (6 months renewable contract)

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain responsive, performant web applications using React and TypeScript. Work across multiple web application projects, adapting to different product contexts and user needs.

• Translate UX wireframes and design specs intoclean, accessible UI components

• Implement real-time data visualizations for orders, prices, positions, and other key metrics using streaming technologies

• Turn product requirements and stakeholder feedback into intuitive, efficient, and scalable user experiences, rapidly prototyping and iterating on new features

• Optimize front-end performance, responsiveness, and reliability across complex, data-intensive screens. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and cross-browser compatibility issues.

• Partner with backend engineers to integrate RESTand WebSocket APIs, as well as WebAssembly-based components

• Write clean, testable, well-structured code supported by unit and integration tests

• Provide best practices around code reviews, front-end architecture decisions, and developer-level production support for front-end components

• Prototype, iterate, and support front-end components in production to ensure a high-quality user experience.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or are lated field

• 5 to 10 years of professional experiencebuilding web applications with JavaScript/TypeScript and React in production, including experience with hooks, functional components, and modern patterns.

• Prior work on web applications, enterprise systems, or government/public sector projects.

• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 and responsive design principles.

• Strong Frontend development background and RESTful service design.

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React (hooks, context, component patterns)

• Hands on experience in NodeJS and ReactJS. Knowledge and experience with Java, Spring Boot, WebAssembly is a plus.

• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs

• Familiarity with modern tooling: Vite or Webpack,Git

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows

• Exposure to design systems or component libraries

• Ability to write clean and modular, well-tested code

• Good at debugging and troubleshooting
