📍 Training Location: Loyang HQ (First 3 Months) – +$200 Monthly Allowance 📍 Work Location: Client Site (Woodlands) – +$1,000 Monthly Site Allowance 🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Why Join Us? ✅ Attractive Site Allowance (Up to $1,000/month) ✅ Training Allowance During Onboarding (+$200/month) ✅ AWS & Variable Bonus (Performance-Based) ✅ Structured Training & Career Development ✅ Exposure to Industrial Equipment & Field Service Engineering Job Responsibilities: • Install, commission, service, and maintain industrial equipment at customer sites. • Diagnose equipment issues and perform troubleshooting and repairs. • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. • Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation. • Follow safety procedures and company work instructions. • Provide professional technical support and ensure customer satisfaction. • Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required. • Support standby or roster duties when assigned. Requirements: ✅ NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Engineering or a related discipline. ✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in field service, maintenance, engineering, or a related technical role. ✅ Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, or repair. ✅ Good communication and customer service skills. ✅ Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team. ✅ Perform roster duties when required.
