Manufacturing Engineer (Project & Engineering) - Medical Device Manufacturing / East Area

Our client is one of the leading players in the medical devices manufacturing sector. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a multiple headcounts of Manufacturing Engineer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East area. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products.

• Support new product introduction (NPI), product transfers, and engineering projects.

• Prepare and maintain engineering documents, including BOM, work instructions, and process documentation.

• Perform process validation, equipment qualification, and support PFMEA activities.

• Provide technical support to resolve production, equipment, and process-related issues.

• Implement engineering changes, process improvements, CAPA, and non-conformance corrective actions.

• Analyse production data and recommend process improvement initiatives.

• Work closely with Production, Quality, R&D, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Train production personnel on manufacturing processes and work instructions.

• Perform ad-hoc duties and improvement projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing, or a related Engineering discipline.

• Min 2 years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process validation, and PFMEA.

• Exposure to NPI, R&D, or engineering projects would be advantageous.

• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
