Desktop Support Engineer (Banking Environment) We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to support our client in a banking environment. Location: Raffles Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support for desktops and laptops.

• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting, diagnosis, and break/fix activities.

• Manage user accounts, access requests, onboarding and offboarding activities, and peripheral device setup.

• Log and track support tickets while maintaining basic IT documentation.

• Escalate complex technical issues to the company's Level 3 support teams when required.

Requirements:

• Experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.

• Familiarity with Active Directory, user account administration, and IT ticketing systems is an advantage.

• Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced banking environment.
