Vice President, AI Research and Development

Job Summary We are seeking a Vice President of AI Research and Development to lead the design, architecture, and development of enterprise-grade AI Agent platforms. The role focuses on building intelligent automation solutions that enable organizations to create, orchestrate, and deploy autonomous AI Agents, addressing key enterprise challenges in AI adoption, governance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Platform Development- Plan and lead the overall architecture, design, and end-to-end development of enterprise AI Agent platforms (Intelligent Agent Cloud Platforms).- Oversee the creation, orchestration, and deployment of autonomous intelligent agents capable of executing complex business workflows.- Drive the development of modular and scalable AI Agent frame works that support both individual and multi-agent collective intelligence systems. Core Platform Features- Lead the unified integration of multiple AI models (commercial and proprietary) into a centralized platform, including centralized management of computing resources, data pipelines, and digital workforce capabilities.- Develop tools that enable business users to transform standard operating procedures (SOPs) into reusable, production-ready AI Agents with minimal technical expertise.- Build advanced platform capabilities for comprehensive AI asset visibility, including real-time Token-level consumption tracking, ROI analytics, and enterprise-wide AI adoption reporting. Deployment & Technical Excellence- Design and implement flexible, secure deployment architectures covering public cloud infrastructure and on-premise/edge terminal solutions (including compact edge devices).- Ensure platform robustness in the areas of scalability, reliability, data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.- Lead continuous optimization of AI Agent performance, multi-agent coordination, and system integration with external tools, APIs, and enterprise systems. Requirements Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related technical field.- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in AI research and development, with proven track record in building and scaling enterprise AI platforms or intelligent automation systems. Technical Expertise- Strong experience in AI Agent platform architecture, model integration and orchestration, agentic workflows, and multi-agent systems.- Deep understanding of enterprise AI governance, data privacy, Token-level resource management, and deployment strategies (cloud +edge).- Proficiency in relevant technologies and frameworks for building scalable AI systems (Python ecosystem and modern AI development tools). Leadership & Soft Skills- Demonstrated leadership in guiding technical teams through complex AI platform development projects.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and strategic roadmaps.- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a focus on delivering production-ready solutions.
