Creator Manager, Sports - TikTok Operations

About the Team The LATAM Sports Operations team is part of TikTok's Content Operations organization. We partner with major sports publishers, creators, leagues, clubs and athletes to drive high-quality content growth and scale on TikTok. Our focus spans creator management, education & product adoption, publisher integration, and major tentpole events — all designed to strengthen a diverse ecosystem that connects users to their favorite sports. The Brazil Sports Creator Manager will work to foster the Brazilian Sports creator and athlete ecosystem, working alongside publisher partnerships, program leads, and the broader LATAM team to establish TikTok as the leading sports platform for fans in Brazil.

About the Role We are looking for a Creator Manager specialized in Sports to foster the Brazilian creator ecosystem within the sports vertical. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, educating, and retaining top-tier sports creators and athletes while driving measurable impact on content output, quality, and platform KPIs. This is a hands-on content operations role that combines creator relationship management, strategic planning, data-driven execution, and cross-functional collaboration; working with publishers, clubs, agents, event teams, and LATAM/global counterparts.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Ecosystem Management

• Own part of the Brazilian Sports creator and athlete pool (mapping, segmentation, prioritization, and engagement strategy), covering high-priority creators and emerging talent
• Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with creators; serve as their primary point of contact for platform guidance, opportunities, and issue resolution
• Segment the creator pool by niche, performance tier, and growth potential; identify content gaps and opportunity areas to inform strategy

Content Strategy & Programming

• Develop and execute creator content strategies aligned with regional sports priorities
• Collaborate with publisher partnerships to connect creators with tournament IPs and amplify official content
• Support creator participation in key initiatives such as creator education workshops and owned events
• Drive creator activation around major tentpole tournaments and ensure high-quality, on-strategy content output

Performance Tracking & Data-Driven Optimization

• Track and report on creator pool performance metrics,
• Deliver monthly pool performance reports with clear insights, action plans, and risk/opportunity flags, proactively identify underperforming creators and content gaps; design targeted interventions to move the needle on core KPIs
• Use data to inform creator selection, prioritization, and resource allocation across all initiatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Program Execution

• Work with LATAM and global content ops counterparts to align on best practices, share learnings, and adapt global strategies for the Brazilian market
• Support cross-market initiatives (BR + MX) and contribute to LATAM-wide creator strategy
• Incorporate product objectives into strategies by developing creator campaigns that drive product awareness, adoption, and engagement

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in creator management, content operations, digital media, or sports partnerships, with a focus on football (soccer).
• Deep understanding of the Brazilian sports and creator ecosystem: knowledge of key creators, athletes, clubs, leagues, publishers, and trends
• Proven track record of managing creator relationships and driving measurable content growth (publish volume, quality, engagement)
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with data dashboards, extracting insights, and making data-informed decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills: ability to interact with creators, partners, and internal stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English for regional/global collaboration
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network of sports creators / sports athletes and other KOLs in Brazil
• Experience with creator economy platforms and understanding of platform algorithms and content dynamics
• Experience with SRP, Spotlight, or similar creator incentive/monetization programs
• Experience in production, content creation, or sports journalism
• Familiarity with major teams, leagues and tournaments (including outside football)
