- Build standardized digital management systems, including MES operation SOPs, system maintenance specifications, data backup mechanisms, and exception-handling processes, to ensure stable and continuous system operation during mass production ramp-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Process, Quality, Equipment and IT, as well as external system vendors, to promote new production line MES deployment, function iteration and digital transformation projects.
- Optimize MES data acquisition logic for silicon cell production characteristics, realize full-process traceability of material consumption, process parameters, test data, and defective information, and support yield analysis and quality closed-loop management.
- Lead MES system technical transfer from pilot line to mass production, sort out system version iteration rules, identify digital bottlenecks in production, and drive continuous optimization of manufacturing digitization level.
- Adopt data analysis and root cause analysis to solve typical system and data exceptions during production, cooperate with cross-functional teams to complete problem rectification and CAPA closure, and support continuous process improvement.
We are looking for people who:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
- 3+ years of MES system implementation, secondary development and on-site operation and maintenance experience in lithium battery or new energy manufacturing industry.
- Familiar with battery production business processes, proficient in MES module functions such as process routing management, data collection, quality control, material management, and production report statistics.
- Proficient in SQL database query and optimization, familiar with industrial Ethernet, PLC communication, machine data docking, and industrial interconnection principles.
